What is Salt Therapy?
Alternate Meditation - It is a procedure and a treatment that involves breathing salty air in a Salt Room or Salt Cave. It helps to treat breathing diseases and disorders such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, breathing allergies, etc. Himalayan Salt Wall generates negative ions in the salt room or cave. These ions help to clean and kill germs, pathogens, and allergens in our respiratory tract, and clear the air passage of lungs.

It removes unwanted particles from respiratory tract which causes breathing problems, helps in curing asthma and bronchitis patients to breathe smoothly. How it works:
Our salt cave experiences run every hour on the hour, Monday through Friday during business hours.
You sit comfortably in our salt cave breathing in the pure dry salt therapy for 45 minutes.
Pick a seat, sit back in our zero gravity recliners, and make yourself comfy.
We have sound therapy as well as occasional live sound baths to make the experience even more relaxing.
During the session, pharmaceutical grade dry salt particles are pumped into the air from our state of the art salt generator.

Salt cave sessions start promptly every hour on the hour.
Though walk ins are welcome, reservations are recommended.
Special Kids Sessions
Salt therapy is amazing for your kids and babies! We hold shortened, 25 minute sessions for kids, toddlers, and babies under the age of 12 and their accompanying guardian. Reservations are required for theses sessions.
These fill up really fast, and you're not guaranteed a seat if you don't have a reservation.

Normal Adult Sessions
If you've got a group with kids over 12 years of age, or more adults than kids, you'll want our longer, 45 minute adult sessions to get the full therapeutic value. If you happen to bring kids or teens with you, and they start to act up or disrupt the session for others, we ask that you take them out for the courtesy of the other people in the room, please be polite.
Reservations are recommended.

Adult Only Sessions | Date Nights!
As a courtesy to our guests who attend our salt cave for relaxation and meditation, sessions from 5:00 - 8:00 PM are ages 18+ only. These make great date nights! The exception to this is if you rent out the entire salt cave room for your private event for $250.
